GeneralThis web-shop is operated by Sharman multiCOM Ltd. All orders placed on this website are subject to these terms and conditions of sale. All descriptions and illustrations contained in this web-shop have been checked for accuracy but as always errors do occur. If for any reason any inaccuracy is found then we shall rectify this as soon as possible.Ordering ProceduresBuying our products could not be easier. Select a product from the categories or via search function. Within the product page price and availability of the product are shown. The green sign signalizes that the required product is available on stock. In case of a yellow sign you should place your order immediately because there is only a minor stock available. If you order a product that is not on stock (red sign) you accept additional delivery time, because the product is either en route to our warehouse or will be ordered on request. To order a product, select the required quantity and click on "add to shopping cart". The shopping process is splitted into 4 pages:Page 1: Shows your current shopping cart Page 2: Select one of the three registration types (one time shopping (anonymous), registered customer with username/password, known customer login with password). Page 3: Type in your personal data Page 4: Shows your current shopping cart, select method of payment and country of delivery. For additional information please use the request form in our service area. Terms & ConditionsWe have chosen the best quality and most reliable products for you to purchase from our web shop. We aim to supply items which are popular and therefore if you do not see any item in our web shop, please feel free to enquire to see if we can obtain this for you.Delivery ChargesIn order to give you the most reliable delivery service, we have chosen to despatch all our orders by Next Working Day courier service for delivery within Mainland UK (Scottish Highlands may be a two/three day service).For deliveries within N Ireland and Irish Republic, we use a separate courier service which takes two to three days. To maintain a competitive service we have to set a minimum £25.00 order level. Delivery charge will automatically be calculated at check-out once you have selected your delivery area. For deliveries to all other areas world wide, delivery charge will be obtained from a suitable courier according to the weight & dimensions of the order. As a part of our anti fraud measures, we will only deliver to the address where the credit card is registered. Unlike other online trading companies who order goods from their suppliers after they have taken your order, we hold most items offered in our web shop for immediate despatch. In the event that any item is out of stock, one of our sales team will inform by return email (during office hours) the estimated expected delivery date and any alternatives as substitutes for the out of stock item. PaymentAll prices shown include vat but exclude delivery charges. After you have completed your order and clicked the check out button, you will automatically be redirected to another totally secure server website managed by our bankers HSBC Bank Plc. Your credit card / debit card payment will be processed there using the latest 128 bit encryption technology without the requirement for us to hold any card holder information within our own website. PLEASE NOTE YOU WILL NOT BE CHARGED ANY EXTRA SURCHARGES FOR PAYMENT BY THIS METHOD. After you have completed your payment formalities, you will receive an acknowledgement of the status of your payment before you are re-directed back to our web shop. At this stage you can log out from the web shop or continue to browse for further future purchases.Warranty & Returns ProcedureAll our products have gone through stringent Quality Control procedures before they are offered for sale through our web shop. All our products carry a full 12 months warranty. In the unlikely event that you receive a defective product upon delivery, please contact us immediately to inform us of the fault. We will then ask you to return the product by the cheapest method (we recommend Royal Mail recorded delivery); please ensure that the item is returned complete as supplied in original packaging along with a copy of the invoice and fault description, and a copy of the receipt showing the return postage charge. We will then issue you a replacement or a refund (including your return postage) as requested by yourselves, subject to the claim being successful. If the returned item is found to have been mis-used, or abused, then one of our sales team will contact you to discuss this with you. If you decide you wish to change your mind and cancel an order, provided that you either refuse the delivery when the courier delivers it to you, or that you return it in an "un-used condition" within 7 days of receipt of the item, then we will issue a refund to your card (after deducting the carriage costs for sending the parcel to you). PLEASE NOTE WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE REFUNDS TO ITEMS THAT HAVE BEEN USED.Reservation of TitleThe risk of the goods passes to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, but THE TITLE in the goods remain vested in us and shall only pass from us to the buyer upon full payment made by the buyer, of all sums due on whatsoever accounts or grounds to us.CopyrightAll material included within this website is subject to copyright including all images and technical information.
